Responsibilities

  • Validate data integrity across blockchain transactions, APIs, and databases.
  • Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives, including documentation, test automation coverage, and release metrics.
  • Mentor junior quality analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Analyze quality trends and KPIs to proactively identify risk areas and recommend preventative measures.
  • Actively participate and represent QA in sprint ceremonies, release planning, and post-release retrospectives.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, XRay) and defect tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Strong problem solving skills and a passion for process optimization and automation.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive quality across crossfunctional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

  • ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification.
  • Experience running performance tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in a cloud based environment (AWS).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PHP, Python, Node.js).
  • Experience in travel, payment, or Blockchain related fields.
  • Experience working in a startup or high growth company environment.
