Expression of Interest – BMD Expansion into the U.S.

As part of BMD’s long-term international growth strategy, we are exploring opportunities to enter the U.S. construction market. To support this journey, we are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from BMD team members across the business who may be interested in future opportunities to work on projects in the U.S. as the pipeline develops.

Who we’re looking for This EOI is open to all BMD team members, regardless of discipline or current role. We welcome interest from individuals with experience or passion in a broad range of functions, including:

• Project delivery and site leadership
• Engineering and technical roles
• Commercial, planning and project controls
• Health, safety, environment and quality
• Corporate, support and operational roles that enable project delivery

Whether your experience is site-based, office-based or specialist in nature, we encourage anyone interested in contributing to BMD’s future presence in the U.S. to register.

Project opportunities While specific projects have not yet been confirmed, future opportunities may arise across a range of infrastructure and construction sectors as we assess the U.S. market and develop partnerships.

• Should roles become available, suitable global mobility and relocation arrangements will be developed for team members who progress to confirmed positions.
