Your work will help Israeli tech companies do awesome stuff Our TOP client looking for AQA Lead with release expirience. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead a team of quality assurance engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include

-Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for software projects, including defining test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks. -Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software .-Automation Testing: Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts, continuously improving test coverage and efficiency. -Test Execution: Coordinate and monitor the execution of test plans, ensuring timely and effective testing of software features. -Defect Management: Identify, track, and report software defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution. -Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. -Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on quality goals and testing priorities. -Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure and report on the quality of software releases. -Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, where applicable. -Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.

Qualifications: -Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). -Proven experience in quality assurance and test automation, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role. -Proficiency with QA and automation testing tools and methodologies. -Strong communication and collaboration skills. -Excellent problem-solving abilities. -Knowledge of software development and Agile/Scrum methodologies. -Familiarity with software testing best practices and industry trends.
