We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting client information into our digital database, updating and maintaining existing records, and ensuring that physical documents are properly organized and filed remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and digitize information such as invoices, canceled bills, client records, and financial statements.
  • Maintain an organized and detailed filing system to ensure all entries are accurate and complete.
  • Preserve hard copy records, including invoices, inventory lists, and other financial documents.Continuously update filing systems to improve data quality and establish consistent data entry standards.
  • Resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with administrative staff to locate and correct missing information.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and promptly report significant errors to management.
  • Follow best practices in data management while maintaining a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist.
  • Excellent knowledge of data entry software, such as Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
