  • Manage tenant and client communications (phone, email, SMS)

  • Coordinate leasing, maintenance, or financial processes
  • Support internal operations and reporting
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion
  • Requirements

    Requirements

    • Experience in property management, real estate, or admin support preferred
    • Strong communication skills (English required)
    • Familiarity with tools like:
      • AppFolio
      • Buildium
      • Yardi
      • Propertyware (bonus)
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Reliable internet and workspace
