Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunication Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the telecommunication industry. This is a full-time position based in 6th of October City, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a key point of contact for our clients in the telecommunication industry.

- Provide expert advice and support on telecommunication products and services.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs and challenges of our clients.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to our clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.

- Strong knowledge of telecommunication products and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Fluent in English and Arabic.
