Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agent Representative to join our team. As an Agent Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our insurance products to potential clients. You will be the face of our company, building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing them with the best insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our insurance products and services

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to determine the best insurance solutions for clients

- Present and explain insurance policies to clients and assist them in selecting the most suitable coverage

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and retention

- Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives

Qualifications

- Proven work experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Knowledge of insurance products and services

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Valid insurance license (Life and Health) is a plus
