As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representative - (Work from Home) to provide unrivalled support to our clients.

• Sales Development Representative - (Mandarin Support)

Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.

• Present, promote, and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.

• Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and cross-sell products/services.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with minimum 1 year as business development representative, telemarketer or similar sales & marketing. Experience with lending such as loans, SME loans, as well financial knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone

• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints

• Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a high level of resilience.

• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

• Good time management and organisational skills.

• SPM and above

Salary

• Basic RM 4000 - RM 6000
