- Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Georgia, or ability to obtain non-resident Georgia license
- Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience with proven track record
- Comfortable using CRM systems, insurance quoting platforms, and remote work tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and close sales
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets by engaging leads, generating quotes, and closing policies
- Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and generate referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Conduct regular follow-ups to identify cross-selling and win-back opportunities
