[Remote] Junior Account Executive (Wholesale Mortgage)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CMG Financial is a company in the wholesale mortgage industry, and they are seeking a Junior Account Executive to support the sales team in relationship development and operational coordination. This role is designed to prepare individuals for promotion into full Account Executive positions while providing hands-on experience in sales and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives in identifying and onboarding new broker relationships
• Support the preparation and delivery of training presentations and marketing materials
• Help facilitate broker access to systems and tools, including password setup and application guidance
• Provide basic instruction on company procedures, forms, and fee structures
• Maintain and update sales contact databases under supervision
• Monitor broker communications and assist in distributing updates on programs and procedures
• Track pipeline activity and report findings to senior team members
• Shadow senior Account Executives during broker visits and virtual meetings
• Participate in internal training sessions to build product and industry knowledge
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and support

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in mortgage banking, financial services, or sales support
• Strong interest in developing a career in TPO mortgage lending
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel occasionally with senior team members
