Responsibilities
- Convert company-supplied leads into locked, funded loans
- Guide borrowers from pre-approval through closing with white-glove service
- Win realtor and builder referrals (we’ll show you how)
- Hit — and beat — monthly targets while bringing fresh ideas to the team
