[Remote] Administrative Assistant Bilingual: English & Spanish

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Bridge Armenia is partnering with Avexgen to hire a remote Administrative Assistant to support a U.S.-based legal practice. The role involves working with case managers and clients to maintain accurate legal files, organize medical records, and ensure effective communication throughout the case lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Make initial contact with new clients and maintain regular communication
  • Gather intake information and documentation from clients
  • Verify insurance coverage and liability details
  • Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers
  • Schedule and coordinate medical appointments for clients
  • Manage clients’ treatment process by maintaining contact with providers
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized medical records and case files
  • Input and update case information in our legal case management system
  • Review medical records as received and inform attorney of important updates
  • Maintain calendars and provide administrative support to the legal team

Skills

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with administrative work; legal support experience is a plus
  • Comfort working with sensitive or confidential information
