[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

RemoteHunter is an organization that operates in the educational publishing industry, providing print and digital learning materials for students from PreK through 12th grade. The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales field by managing requests related to sales operations, ensuring smooth order processing, lead conversion, and resolving order-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Create quotes, samples, pilots, and free-with-order requests for Sales Representatives
- Convert leads from marketing efforts into contacts within Salesforce (SFDC)
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues as needed
- Collaborate with Sales and CSOM leadership to drive process improvements
- Communicate clearly and accurately with sales teams and customers
- Manage multiple applications and proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while following policies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in the educational product sales and delivery industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to meet service levels in fast-paced settings
- High-speed, accurate data processing with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SFDC or similar tools
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across organizational levels
- Knowledge of systems such as Oracle, Product Data Hub, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Salesforce preferred
