Responsibilities
- Handle challenging and complex issues and disputes (litigated and non-litigated) involving a wide array of industries, subject matters, and legal principles
- Develop expertise in a constantly evolving practice area
- Work directly alongside partners in all six offices
- Have regular client contact and develop client relationships
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience
- Civil litigation or insurance coverage experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to problem-solve difficult concepts
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 1 year of insurance coverage experience
- 1-3 years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent academic record
- Valid bar licensure in CA
