They are seeking a Salesperson to work remotely with warm leads and provide customized solutions for mortgage protection, retirement strategy, and debt elimination, while receiving direct mentorship from agency owner Miranda Martin.
Responsibilities
- Meet with families who have requested protection information (Zoom or phone)
- Present customized solutions for mortgage protection, retirement strategy, and debt elimination
- Follow a proven, repeatable framework
- Scale into leadership and team-building if desired
Skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Coachable, competitive, disciplined
- Comfortable being paid based on performance
- Serious about $50K part-time / $100K+ full-time in Year 1
- Serious about $250K+ in Year 2–3
- Willing to obtain a Life & Health license (clean background required)
- Grit is mandatory
