Marketing Coordinator

Merrill Gardens is a respected senior living operator currently hiring a Marketing Coordinator at their Corporate Office in Seattle. The role involves supporting marketing operations, coordinating collateral requests, managing advertisement schedules, and assisting with digital content maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Merrill Gardens communities and the Marketing and Sales teams as needed
  • Assisting with daily marketing operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
  • Reviewing and providing creative feedback on marketing and collateral materials
  • Coordinating the collateral request process for community and corporate needs
  • Managing community advertisement schedules and assisting with ad creation
  • Monitoring all collateral materials for brand standards and compliance
  • Assisting in the creation of blog and newsletter content
  • Supporting photo and video shoots at Merrill Gardens communities
  • Assisting with website updates, online listings, and digital content maintenance
  • Implementing social media initiatives, including drafting and posting content
  • Supporting marketing logistics such as event coordination, scheduling, shipping, and promotional materials
  • Coordinating tactical execution of marketing strategies across the portfolio
  • Supporting relationships with external vendors
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related software
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external partners
  • Demonstrates tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional demeanor
  • One to two years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Experience with social media management, project management, or content creation (preferred)
  • Social media and CRM experience a plus
