[Remote] Care Support Representative

The Care Support Representative is responsible for managing daily interactions with providers and partners, ensuring prompt resolution of non-clinical service inquiries to enhance patient access and provider satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Escalate or triage complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Practice active listening and patience with all customers and partners
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and provide assistance
- Resolve routine and complex service issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and perform additional duties as required
Skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., call centers, pharmacies, medical offices, or fast-paced startups)
- Service-oriented mindset with empathy and clear, kind communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to take initiative
- Ability to adapt in a semi-structured, dynamic, and fast-moving environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills, maintaining composure under challenge
- Capability to handle inbound calls, assess problems, and provide thoughtful solutions
- A passion for supporting mental health care access and making a positive impact
- BA/BS degree preferred
