Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a complete social media strategy for the game. This includes content creation, visual production, video content, copywriting, platform setup and optimization, and direct community interaction.
This is not a purely administrative role. We need someone creative, proactive, and comfortable operating independently. You will be responsible for turning gameplay, development updates, and ideas into engaging content that builds anticipation and grows a community.What You Will Do
- Create engaging posts tailored to each platform
- Develop visual content including images, carousels, and short-form videos
- Edit gameplay footage into compelling social content
- Write platform-specific captions and posts
- Develop memes and trend-based content relevant to the gaming niche
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the game's positioning
- Create a content calendar and maintain consistent publishing
- Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Actively engage with followers in comments and direct messages
- Respond to community questions and feedback
- Moderate discussions to maintain a positive environment
- Build and nurture an active early-stage player community
- Set up and optimize social media accounts
- Ensure branding consistency across platforms
- Maintain bios, descriptions, pinned posts, and visual identity
- Experience with gaming communities is highly preferred.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in gaming or entertainment
- Strong content creation skills including basic graphic design and video editing
- Ability to write engaging, natural, and platform-adapted copy
- Understanding of gaming audiences and online community culture
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- English proficiency required
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience launching or growing a game community from zero
- Knowledge of PC gaming trends
- Experience with influencer collaborations
- Familiarity with Steam community marketing
