Market Research and Analysis Intern - Austin, Summer 2026 (Remote possible)

Position Overview

Our premium MAINLINE division focuses on booking top-tier, agency-represented talent for private events, corporate functions, and conferences. GigFinesse is seeking a Market Research and Analysis Intern to support our MAINLINE division's expansion efforts. In this role, you will develop valuable insights into new market opportunities while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential markets for MAINLINE expansion
  • Analyze demand across different verticals for high-profile talent bookings
  • Develop market entry strategies with actionable recommendations
  • Create comprehensive profiles of target markets including competitive landscape
  • Assist in identifying potential corporate and private event clients
  • Support the development of a sustainable lead pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
  • Strong research abilities and analytical mindset
  • Excellent data organization and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while meeting team objectives
  • Interest in the entertainment industry and premium event market
  • Proficiency with research tools and data analysis software a plus

Additional Information:

  • This is an unpaid internship for credit only
  • Either in-person in Austin, Texas or remote
  • Internship period: Summer 2026
