Engineering Designer
CONSOR Engineers is a company specializing in planning and engineering design for transportation projects. As a roadway engineering designer, you will support the design and detailing of roadway and highway projects, assisting with geometric analyses and calculations while ensuring compliance with engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing typical sections, alignments, profiles, layouts, and cross-sections
- Support design team in development of design documentation, plans, and reports for specific tasks and quantity calculations
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes and engineering practices
- Perform engineering calculations and estimates
- Collect and process data for topographic surveys and right-of-way engineering for use in design analysis
Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification
