Litigation Support Representative/Associate
Veritext Legal Solutions is the global leader in technology-enabled court reporting services and litigation support solutions. In the Litigation Support Representative/Associate role, you will assist clients with their data needs during the litigation process by managing transcripts, files, and exhibits to ensure accessibility and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with court reporters to process/produce deposition transcripts
- Run quality control on vendor provided data, adhere to their instructions/notes and reconcile inconsistencies
- Ensure orders and products are processed accurately, timely and confidentially in accordance with all state and federal regulations
- Send deliverables electronically to clients and assist them with accessing their data through proprietary software
- Build and maintain relationships with and provide support to court reporters

- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent eye for detail, an independent thinker, organized and able to multitask
- Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
