Creative Strategist for E-commerce Beauty Brand

Hey there! We’re the team behind a scaling international Women's Body Care Brand. We're on the hunt for a brilliant Creative Strategist to join our team. Your mission? To become the UGC Creative Brain of our marketing operation, collaborating closely with the founder (that's me!) and managing our network of creators to scale our brand to multiple 7 & 8-figures. Important! If you’ve never worked on Creative Strategy for Meta ads for eCommerce brands, or you’re hoping for someone to tell you what to do all day — this is not for you. This role is for someone who can think, take ownership of ideas, and execute inside a fast-moving brand. We already have a strong UGC creator network ready to film content. And a video editor for the UGCs. Your role will be to feed this creator machine with winning concepts, scripts, and clear briefs. We are looking for a partner, not just an employee. We want someone to run alongside the Founder. We will both run our own creative batches, test our own hypotheses, and then come together to share learnings. The purpose of the UGC Creative Strategist Role is to feed our creator network with high-converting UGC concepts that resonate with our female audience. As a Strategist for us, you possess deep experience in consumer psychology for women's beauty products—you know exactly why they buy. Your Responsibilities at the brand?

• Deep Market Research

Constantly scouting TikTok Creative Center, IG Reels, and competitor ads in the Beauty/Body Care space to find new winning angles and trends.

• UGC Concept & Script Writing

Creating clear concepts, scripts, and briefs for our creators so they know exactly what content to film.

• Creator Management

Working closely with our UGC creators, giving feedback on recordings, requesting revisions when needed, and ensuring the content matches the strategy.

• Collaboration with Editor

Working with our video editor to turn creator footage into high-performing ad creatives.

• Learnings

Conducting in-depth analysis of every batch (why it won / why it lost).

• Creative Iteration

Deciding what we test next based on the learnings. Reasons to Join Us

• As our Creative Strategist, you'll receive a base salary of $2000USD + 5% of all ad spend for your ads. Right now we are spending $10,000USD/day on Meta ads. But with winning ads we'll scale more. WE GROW, YOU GROW.
