Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
• Assisting customers with inquiries and questions about products and services, using your knowledge and expertise to resolve issues and meet their needs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues, using your problem-solving skills and creative thinking to find solutions.
• Following up with customers to ensure they've received quality customer service, and to gather feedback and insights to improve our services.
• Completing after-call information and data entry to our system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
• Current residence in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
• Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
