They are seeking a Dayforce Payroll Analyst to join their collaborative team, responsible for system configuration, documentation preparation, and client training related to payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• System configuration
• Preparing functional design documents
• Creating support documentation to meet evolving business requirements
• Participating in all stages of payroll system implementations, from testing and troubleshooting to client training on Dayforce functionality

Skills

• Self-identifies as First Nations (Status or Non-Status), Inuit, or Métis in Canada
• Understanding of payroll processes, statutory regulations, tax calculations, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, provide clear guidance, and set expectations
• Strong critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions
• Familiarity with Benefits, Workforce Management (WFM), HRIS integrations, and data migrations is an asset
• Experience in payroll implementation
• Understanding of Dayforce Payroll, including configuration of payroll-related modules
