Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with inbound callers to understand and address their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions
• Prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and convert quotes into active policies
• Deliver outstanding service to demonstrate the value of being a GEICO policyholder
• Help customers feel secure and supported while growing your career

Skills

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer facing work experience
• Or
• Associates Degree and minimum 1 year of customer facing work experience
• Or
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to build trust, retain customers, and drive policy sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
