Sales Development Representative

Luminate is the entertainment industry’s preeminent data and insights partner, serving as the single source of truth for various stakeholders in the music and entertainment ecosystem. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying high-fit accounts, crafting outreach, qualifying leads, and driving top of funnel volume to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new revenue opportunities through inbound lead follow up, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and/or account management expansion efforts
  • Support execution of internal sales campaigns to drive campaign goals
  • Assist in executing marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and ensure alignment with our value proposition using frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC
  • Conduct highly targeted lead and account research to assist sales with outreach efforts
  • Adhere to strict CRM hygiene requirements, ensuring all data is accurate for forecasting and activity tracking

Skills

  • 8-12 months in a high-volume outbound environment (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong skills within the modern sales stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Linkedin, ZoomInfo, etc)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative in-office team environment
  • Equally comfort with small business leads and mid/VP-level corporate executives
  • Ability to simplify complex solutions and product offerings to prospect understanding
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and formatting skills
  • Proven organizational skills
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Eagerness to establish yourself in the entertainment technology industry
  • Highly coachable and a desire to hone closing skills
  • Knowledge of music industry landscape a plus
