Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to healthcare providers via calls, emails, and chat
• Proactively upsell platform features and provide customized solutions
• Simplify provider interactions with the platform to enhance ease of use and satisfaction
• Represent the organization's values in every interaction and resolve issues promptly
• Develop thorough knowledge of the platform to engage and educate providers
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions
