Cornell University is seeking a Program/Extension Aide II to support research and educational programs. The role involves collecting field data, assisting with documentation, planning logistics for workshops, and coordinating educational materials.
Responsibilities
- May collect field data and electronically record results to support research
- Perform data entry and assist with documentation and maintaining reports of program activities
- Assist in planning logistics of workshops, conference and tours
- Work with adult/youth clientele utilizing material and teaching techniques learned through in-service training
- Routinely meet with supervisor to discuss plans and to select appropriate materials and teaching techniques
- Update website and social media pages
- Assist in the preparation and utilization of training and educational materials
- Gather and coordinate educational materials and lesson plans
- Assist in recruiting participants and volunteers for programs
