[Remote] Outbound Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PSTrax is one of the fastest growing software companies in the public service industry, providing SaaS solutions to First Responders. The Outbound Sales Development Representative (OSDR) will find and screen potential customers, generate sales leads, and support sales executives by setting up meetings and showcasing the company's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new sales leads and opportunities by utilizing Hubspot, cold calls, email, and social media
• Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and key decision-makers to qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
• Work closely with Marketing on outbound warm calling to generate MQAs for ABM and other programs
• Drive attendance for webinars and set meetings for conferences/tradeshows
• Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the SDR Manager
• Develop an understanding of the challenges and needs within the first responder industry
• Clearly articulate the value of our product and how PSTrax can address the specific needs of a department/customer
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve processes, and drive data-driven decisions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Prefer at least one year of experience as a Sales Development Representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas and exceeding lead targets
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based products
• Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
• Strong time-management skills
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
• Experience as a first responder a plus
