The GALE Development Program offers a one-year hands-on experience in Global Delivery, focusing on project lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration, while providing mentorship and skill development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions across Global Delivery disciplines
- Learn GALE’s integrated delivery model and how we partner across domains
- Shadow active projects to observe real-time delivery execution
- Practice building project artifacts including: Project plans, Meeting notes and status reports, RACI charts, Ways of Working documentation, Risk logs
- Develop foundational skills in: Clear and concise communication, Strategic thinking and risk awareness, Ownership and accountability
- Complete a capstone simulation to demonstrate your understanding of: Scope definition, Timeline planning, Cross-functional collaboration, Delivery governance
- Collaborate with multiple disciplines to deliver impactful Global Delivery work
- Manage competing priorities, deliverables, and timelines to exceed client expectations
- Upon successful completion of the learning phase, you will: Be paired with a mentor, Support active client projects, Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, Technology, and Analytics
- Participate in internal and client meetings
- Assist with: Project planning and timeline management, Status reporting and documentation, Risk identification and mitigation, Cross-team coordination, Maintaining delivery artifacts and dashboards
- Contribute to ways of working and process improvement
- Observe and practice stakeholder management
- Support project health reviews (burn, staffing, risks, deliverables)
- Consistent experiences across accounts and mentors will include: Exposure to GALE’s integrated delivery process, Clear governance standards for scope, timing, and budget, Emphasis on proactive communication, Real-time problem solving in a fast-paced environment
- Learning how to be a strategic partner — not just a task executor
- By the end of the mentorship phase, you will have hands-on experience contributing to live client work while developing the mindset of a Global Delivery leader
