Software Development Engineer for iPad
CVS Health is a company dedicated to transforming healthcare experiences. They are seeking a Software Development Engineer to develop innovative healthcare technology solutions, focusing on mobile applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build robust, scalable features using React Native and Swift for our clinical applications
- Participate in code review processes to learn best practices and maintain high coding standards across the team
- Actively learn from senior developers and contribute to technical discussions and solution design
- Assist with technical support for production issues, including troubleshooting and debugging under guidance
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Contribute to technical documentation for systems and processes
Skills
- 1+ years of professional software development experience, specifically with mobile application development in an iOS environment
- Proficiency in React Native
- Eagerness to learn and grow as a developer
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to work with AI
- Proficiency in Swift
- Proficiency with Cursor, Copilot, and/or Claude
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using AI coding tools
- Experience with Apple Enterprise or internal App Store deployment
- Healthcare technology or regulated industry experience
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
