ABOUT THE POSITION The Applications Developer III is the advanced journey level classification in the Applications Developer series. The classification typically serves as a technical lead developer and performs advanced complex applications development projects. New application development assignments frequently involve the use of advanced technologies and an understanding of cross-platform/operating system integration and connectivity issues. The classification has significant interactions with managers in their user communities to provide advice and consulting on methods for achieving business objectives. EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years full-time (or equivalent) of progressively responsible experience in applications design and development. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two (2) years of experience with Angular version 6 or higher.
• Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft technologies such as: .NET Core 3.1/5, C#, MVC, WebAPI, Entity Framework, JavaScript, Bootstrap or CSS.
• Five (5) years of experience with design and development experience using SQL Server or Oracle database.
• Experience with cloud development, preferably Azure.
• Experience with Web services and microservice architecture.
• Experience with Angular/NativeScript.
• Experience with Blazor.
• Experience with OpenID/Oath2 Security.
• Experience with Web API/Swagger.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Experience as a technical lead or project manager in medium to large scale development projects.
