Responsibilities
- Recording/Typing in data provided directly from fund accounting teams into various accounting systems
- Wire Transfer Initiation through various banking platforms
- Running reports from various accounting systems and banking platforms
- Processing 1099 Forms
- Update existing data in various electronic forms including excel and supporting programs
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of data without mistakes
- Maintaining accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or equivalent field
- 1-2 years of experience in AP environment
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using MRI, Yardi, and/or QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
