A good idea is a good idea, no matter where it comes from. The Role: We are looking for a part-time recruiter who is proactive and organized. Someone who takes ownership of results, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to find and close great legal talent. The right candidate has 3+ years of legal recruiting experience and can manage searches end-to-end - from intake to offer - while delivering a candidate experience that reflects well on our firm. What You’ll Do: • Partner with leadership to clarify priorities, and build recruiting plans. • Source and recruit experienced legal talent (attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, intake, etc.). • Run full-cycle recruiting: outreach, screening, interview coordination, feedback loops, offers, and closes. • Assist in writing then posting job ads that attract the right candidates and reflect the firm’s standards. • Build and maintain a steady pipeline using LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and creative sourcing methods. • Conduct phone/video screens and provide clear, structured candidate summaries to hiring managers. • Coordinate interview scheduling; keep the process moving without bottlenecks. • Track candidates in a spreadsheet, keep data clean, and report progress weekly. • Maintain consistent, professional candidate communication from first touch through offer. • Continuously improve templates, sourcing strategies, and recruiting workflows to increase speed and quality-of-hire. What Success Looks Like in This Role: • You consistently deliver qualified shortlists for priority roles. • You take ownership of open requisitions and drive them forward without constant supervision. • Hiring managers trust your judgment because your screens are sharp and your communication is clear. • Candidates feel respected, informed, and motivated, even when they’re not selected. • You improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire through better sourcing and tighter process control. • You build a reputation as a top-tier legal recruiter who gets results. Who You Are: • 3+ years of legal recruiting experience (law firm and/or legal staffing agency). • Proven success recruiting for legal roles (attorney and/or support staff), ideally in a fast-paced environment. • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, outreach campaigns, referral generation). • Highly organized and responsive; you don’t let candidates or hiring managers hang. • Excellent written and verbal communication—professional, direct, and warm. • Comfortable handling confidential information and sensitive compensation conversations. • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and hit weekly hiring goals. • Bonus: experience recruiting in personal injury, litigation, or high-growth firms.
