Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist at Talensparkx, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting and updating various data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information, adhering to Flexzenith's strict data protection policies.
• Performing regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and quality of our data systems.
• Assisting in organizing and filing documents, both physically and digitally.
• Supporting administrative tasks as required, including responding to emails and phone calls.
• Collaborating with team members to meet productivity goals and achieve our organizational objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in data entry or similar administrative roles is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
