Job title: Chiropractic Clinical Reviewer - eviCore - Work at Home Company: Cigna Job description: Provides advanced professional input to complex Utilization Management assignments/projects. Primarily will review post service clinical treatment submissions and apply guidelines appropriately. Assist with day to day operations. Review and apply guidelines and assist with updates peer review literature. Plans, organizes, and manages medical review, utilization review, credentialing/re-credentialing, quality assurance/improvement, and/or health education programs. Serves as a liaison to member doctors, their staff, and clients. Analyzes treatment patterns and utilization trends. Develops and implements clinical review criteria. Creates and/or revises medical policy statements as necessary. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Works autonomously, only requiring “expert” level technical support from others. Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Health Services. Qualifications: An active Chiropractic State License in state of employment is required. 5+ years of Chiropractic experience preferred. Previous Utilization Management experience preferred. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 67,200 - 112,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
