Core Responsibilities

Data Entry & Accuracy

  • Accurate Input: Enter customer orders, inventory counts, and project details into arenaflex’s ERP and CRM systems with 99.9% accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Run validation reports, flag inconsistencies, and perform routine audits to maintain pristine data integrity.
  • Record Management: Organize both physical and digital files, ensuring quick retrieval for sales, production, and compliance teams.
  • Cross‑Team Communication: Liaise with design, installation, and logistics departments to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Follow arenaflex’s data governance policies, contributing suggestions for continuous improvement.

Administrative Support & Office Management

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, place re‑orders, and ensure workstations are fully equipped.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries, routing them to the appropriate teams.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute summaries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the sales and design teams by coordinating travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor invoices.

Customer Interaction & Service Excellence

  • Field inbound phone calls and email inquiries with a courteous, solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Provide accurate product information, order status updates, and policy explanations.

Quality Assurance & Performance Metrics

  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to data accuracy, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service roles.
