As a Photo Retoucher, you will be responsible for color correcting and retouching photos to ensure they meet our high standards. You will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing images for our web platform, packaging, and other marketing materials. Key Responsibilities
* Properly name, organize, store, and save photos in a timely and efficient manner
- Learn new skills, tools, and techniques as needed to stay up-to-date with industry standards
- Anticipate disruptions, communicate issues before/when they arise, and initiate solutions to ensure timely completion of projects
- Review final deliverables to ensure plans have been completed and meet industry/company standards
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing images for our web platform, packaging, and other marketing materials
- Provide consistent quality work, often under tight deadlines
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., photography, graphic design, fine arts)
- Experience or qualifications and/or proven skills in photo editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Bridge
- Advertising or home office experience is a plus
- Experience working in a friendly team environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced knowledge of commercial image processing, retouching, compositing, and compositing
- Experience working with a variety of file formats and software applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
