Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Hawthorne, CA. As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Conduct regular customer service audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints, identifying trends and areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a retail environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
