Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to students and alumni, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Being highly productive and meeting outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs
  • Utilizing telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers
  • Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication
  • Properly utilizing CRM systems for technical inquiries and follow-up for customer resolution
  • Following policies and procedures regarding escalations
  • Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
  • Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content
  • Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry
  • Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues

Training and Development

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

  • A 2-week training schedule, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you grow and develop in your role
  • Opportunities for advancement and career growth within arenaflex
