Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our data management and analysis team. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems from various sources, reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. You'll also generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed, collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency, and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

* Accurately input data into our systems from various sources, including but not limited to: + Customer information + Sales data + Marketing metrics + Financial reports

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and consistent
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve data management and analysis

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in data entry or related roles, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis
• Excellent typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for error detection and correction
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
