Responsibilities

As a Virtual Tele Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via virtual chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing product information and support to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions
• Assisting with customer feedback collection and analysis, helping us to identify areas for improvement and optimize our services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

Compensation Range
