What You'll Do:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized support to our clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting clients in understanding their insurance benefit options and responding to questions about policies, coverage, and claims
• Scheduling and leading virtual consultations with new and existing customers to help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs
