Roles & Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, from policy inquiries to claim resolutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service by assisting customers with their insurance needs, using your critical thinking skills to address complex situations and find solutions that meet customer needs
- Working alongside a motivated team of professionals, sharing ideas, and contributing to team success
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay ahead of industry trends and refine your skills

- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional who can connect with people quickly, whether it's through phone, email, or chat. You'll need to be:
- Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to effectively assist Spanish-speaking customers
- Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (or able to get licensed within two weeks—we'll help you get there)
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to take on challenges
