In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Assist in daily communication and coordination with Canadian issuing banks and partners, following up on requirements and feedback;
  • Responsible for collecting, organizing, and reporting project-related data (including but not limited to merchant information, user feedback, transaction data, etc.);
  • Assist in local merchant onboarding, promoting merchant benefit integration and launch (agreement coordination, benefit material preparation, launch testing, etc.);
  • Execute local marketing and promotional activities (promotional material deployment, offline/online event support, channel expansion, etc.);
  • Assist in drafting project documents, process standards, and operational reports to support team decision-making and optimization;
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (current student or graduate), no major restriction; 
  • Marketing, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Chinese/English-related majors preferred;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with ability to conduct daily business communication; Chinese language skills preferred;
  • Strong communication, coordination, organizational, execution skills and teamwork spirit;
  • Familiar with data organization and basic analysis, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; PowerPoint skills preferred;
  • Local merchant resources, marketing promotion/financial product internship experience preferred;
  • Able to work locally in Toronto for a long term (1-year internship), with flexibility to travel or participate in offline activities based on project needs.
