Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional online support to our clients' customers, addressing their queries, and building lasting relationships. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a professional demeanor and a positive attitude throughout your interactions.

Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
• Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
• Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
• Promoting interest in client products and services
• Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
• Providing administrative support to the customer service team
• May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment
• PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
• An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
• The ability to compose professional emails is a plus
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
• An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online support environment
• Familiarity with online chat software and customer support platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
