Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Engagement and Community Building team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and engagement on our social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and effective customer support on social media platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews

  • Develop and implement social media engagement strategies to build and maintain a positive online community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Analyze social media metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Create and curate engaging content to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support and engagement
  • Participate in social media listening and monitoring to identify customer concerns and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and influencers on social media
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve social media customer support and engagement strategies

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in social media customer support and engagement

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social

  • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid social media campaigns
  • Experience with content creation and curation
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
