Sr. AI Solution Analyst, Finance PMO

Role Description In this new role within the Finance Program Management Office (PMO), under the Process Excellence track, you will play a critical role in optimizing our organizations operational efficiency and effectiveness by accelerating the identification, prioritization, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions. You will be responsible for collaborating with business users to analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity. Hands-on experience with designing and building solutions, including agentic AI, is essential for this role. Experience with developing and deploying training and upskilling curricula to drive successful adoption is a must-have for this role. This role sits within Finance and will require close collaboration with Finance stakeholders and product/engineering teams. This is a hybrid position that can be based in either Los Angeles or Los Gatos and offers the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. Occasionally, travel may be required to other office locations, including internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users to identify and prioritize appropriate use cases for AI tools
  • Drive the identification and prioritization of automation use cases with stakeholders across the Finance organization to ensure we are applying automation solutions with the most impact
  • Develop and deploy solutions to improve workflows using existing intelligent automation technologies within the Worklio application portfolio (e.g., Gemini, Zapier and others)
  • Partner with engineering teams and participate in design sessions, helping to enable the design and scaling of intelligent automation solutions
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, document the test results, and help procure business approvals
  • Own the change management and communication when going live with a new process and/or automation
  • Develop and deploy intelligent automation training curricula to upskill our Finance workforce and drive GenAI adoption Qualifications
  • 7+ years of overall hands-on experience designing and building intelligent automation solutions such as RPA, ML, and AI to improve workflows
  • Proven ability to prototype solutions and work cross-functionally to enable the design and scaling of intelligent automation solutions
  • Experience building AI agents that are scalable using existing technology platforms
  • Demonstrated proficiency using automation tools and GenAI solutions like Hirefluxa Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Zapier, Automation Anywhere, UiPathCelonis, and others.
  • Expertise in performing process analysis and a strong understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with creative and technical teams.
  • Passion for continuous learning and thought leadership in AI Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $215,000.00 - $340,000.00.
