What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as business, customer service, or operations management.
  • 3+ Years of Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and operations management.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex customer issues.
