Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from potential customers, promoting and upselling services and products, and providing detailed information about our offerings. You will work closely with our sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction, and will be expected to meet or exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from potential customers, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Promote and upsell services and products to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide detailed information about our services and educate customers on how our offerings stand out from competitors
  • Close sales by processing credit card payments over the phone
  • Accurately enter customer information into our database
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 years of office or customer service experience

  • Proficiency in managing inbound phone calls
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or sales role

  • Experience with CRM software and database management
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and our competitors
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
